It really depends on the project. Some of them, like social media posts, can usually be completed within a day or two. Others, like designing a new service, can take over a week.
If you have a hard deadline on a project, you can always include it in the submission request and we’ll do our best to honor it. Just keep in mind that certain asks may be unrealistic. We’ll let you know asap if we can’t meet your deadline request.
We view our relationships with our clients as a team effort. Basically, the more informed you are, the higher quality your request submissions will be. This leads to faster and higher quality production on our end.
The Education Library is where you can go to learn how to approach different aspects of business, such as social media marketing and buyer behavior. Not only will this improve communication between us, but we hope you’ll also pick up some valuable skills to grow your business beyond our interactions.
You 100% could do that… and if all you need is someone to post content on your behalf, it’s probably a better choice.
We go beyond posting random content. Even if you’re signed up for only the Copy or Copy & Graphics plan, we still take you through a process that will position you to create clear, concise messaging that aligns with your target audience.
Plus, we include content in our Education Library that will help you read and analyze metrics, and develop a robust content strategy plan. Of course, if you sign up for the Unlimited Projects plan, you can ask us to get a lot more involved in that aspect of your marketing strategy.
Let’s be honest, while you might find a social media marketer with lower fees, the ones with a broad range of expertise will charge within the same range as we do because, just like us, they’re not “just putting up social media posts.”
High quality and dedicated professional designers or copywriters will expect a rate at double our fees.
Yet, here we are, providing a similar suite of services for a fraction of the cost.
We certainly could, but more importantly, we can make a lot of different types of great content even without stock photos… or your face…. or even your voice.
Now, what constitutes as the best type of content really depends on your business and your audience, but we’re no strangers to creative problem solving and we’ll find ways to make awesome, client attracting content that aligns with you and your values.
Just keep in mind that in most cases, the more you’re able to participate or contribute, the better the outcome.
We can absolutely work off some type of content calendar or schedule so long as it has all the information we need.
You’ll see how to submit that type of request on your project board.
Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final. You can cancel your plan at any time and will have access to all resources and services until the end of your billing cycle.
If you’d like to pause your plan, you can do that at any time.
Both pausing and cancelling your membership can be done through your private billing portal. You can access this either through our website or through your project board. Changes to your plan take effect immediately.
Our plans are month to month. In addition, you have the option to pause a plan dead in it’s tracks and resume right where you left off. No need to wait out a billing cycle if you won’t have any use for it.
We made our plans flexible like this because we understand how business cycles go. Sometimes you can’t live without us, but sometimes… you can, at least for a little while.
You are going to LOVE what we create for you. If you don’t, we’ll make as many revisions as is necessary to get it just right for you.
We get it. Technology can be hard and intimidating! We do our best to keep things as simple as possible, but if there’s ever any confusion, you can always reach out in whatever format is most comfortable for you.
Yes, but I wouldn’t.
Keep in mind that each request is considered a project. We won’t be able to give you access to individual requests within the batch until every request within that particular project is completed.
That means that the more work that is involved in completing a project, the longer it will be before you receive it.
On top of that, keeping requests separate from each other helps keep information and material organized. The more organized we can stay, the less likelihood of revisions.
So, the individual plans allow one user and one brand per subscription. This means that individuals with multiple businesses and who want to use our service for each will need to subscribe to a plan for each of those brand identities.
Meanwhile, the business plans allow for an unlimited number of brands. So if an individual owns multiple businesses, they can submit projects for all their businesses under a single plan.
Additionally, if a company has multiple brand identities, projects for all brand identities can be submitted under the same business subscription plan.
For example, Coca-cola has multiple brand identities. Other brands they own are Fanta and Dasani. Thus, if Coca-Cola were to subscribe, projects for each of those brand identities could be submitted under the same plan.
