Is there parking available?
There are multiple parking options. We are directly across the street from Calhoun Square which has a parking ramp. You can also grab metered parking right on the street in front of us. If you don’t mind walking several blocks, you can find free street parking along the roads south of 31st street.
Is there anywhere for me to park my bicycle?
Yes! Bicycle racks abound everywhere!
I have mobility issues. Is there elevator access?
Yes. In addition, if you give us advanced notice of any required accommodations we can do our best to be prepared and help make this a comfortable experience. Alternatively, we are able to provide most services remotely via secured video call app.
Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, no. We only accept a certain number of clients within a given time frame and focus our attention on their cases. Walk-ins would be too disruptive to the energy, time, and work we dedicate to them outside of their scheduled appointments.
What kinds of issues do you work with?
We work specifically with the bio-energy fields of the body and Higher Conscious/subconscious. Since these areas are directly connected to both the physical body and the emotional/mental states, we are able to help people with a wide range issues affecting both their physical and emotional/mental health. I think I have __________. Can you confirm this?
Only medical doctors and board licensed therapists are equipped and lawfully allowed to diagnose. However, if you have a diagnosed condition, we can offer therapies to work in conjunction with your prescribed treatments in order to help you accelerate the healing process.
Will your therapies cure my __________?
Since we are not medically licensed professionals, we can claim no cures. Having said that, we have had much success helping our clients in partnership with their primary care givers and therapists.
Will health insurance cover the costs of my private sessions?
It is a possibility. We are registered as a national Health Care Provider and have an identifier number in order to work with Health Insurance Companies. It will all depend on whether your policy covers “Alternative” or “Complimentary” treatments and what types of treatments, specifically, they cover.
Alternatively, some HSA’s and FSA’s can be used for reimbursement for certain services. Keep in mind, there may be certain requirements such as a referral from an MD. We will certainly do all we can to work with your insurance provider to get your sessions covered. However, your best bet is to consult with your insurance provider directly.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, check or major credit cards with or without a chip, or HSA cards.
Keep in mind that we do not tend to keep cash in the office so would be unable to make change.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds may be requested for pre-paid services that have not been rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours advance notice to cancel or re-schedule any appointments. If an appointment is cancelled inside of that window, fees are due in full and will be applied to the CC you have on file.
When is payment due?
Because our clinic services people worldwide and several of our practitioners have a wait list, we’ve had to come up with a standard process that works the same for everyone. Thus, as of January, 2019, fees are due in full at the beginning of your session.
Sessions delivered in person may be paid via cash or check directly to the practitioner.
NOTE: If you live outside of the USA, your invoice will be sent via email. You’ll still be able to pay securely online, but this will allow us to absorb the majority of currency conversion fees for you.
What exactly is this Client Portal you speak of?
It is a secure platform that allows us to share sensitive documents between each other. Through it, you can view your schedule, adjust or cancel your appointments, and access and pay your invoices. This is also where you can access any documents we send to you (i.e., intake forms, consent forms, etc.).
How do I pay if I don't live inside of the USA?
If you live outside of the USA, we actually will NOT charge the CC you keep on file. Instead, you will receive an invoice via email which you can pay securely online. You must still submit payment 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or it may be cancelled and offered to someone on our wait list.
