Other projects may need a couple days or longer depending on the scope and complexity.
It’s the section of the website where we load up client-requested resources. If you have a question or want to learn how to do something, we’ll create an article for you, then make it publicly accessible for everyone else with the same question.
In short, we craft content that is intended to make you money. A social media manager helps you post on a consistent schedule and caters mostly to ego-metrics such as “likes” and “comments”.

Short answer is ‘yes’. Although, I will say that the more involved you are in the process, the better the outcome usually is. However, being involved doesn’t necessarily mean having your face (or your voice) on your social media posts.
We can absolutely work off some type of content calendar or schedule so long as it has all the information we need.

Absolutely! In fact, it’s part of the process.
Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final. You can cancel your plan at any time and will have access to all resources and services until the end of your billing cycle.
If you’d like to pause your plan, you can do that at any time.
Both pausing and cancelling your membership can be done through your private billing portal. You can access your portal right here on our website at 460sjournal.com.
Our plans are month to month. In addition, you have the option to pause a plan dead in it’s tracks and resume right where you left off. No need to wait out a billing cycle if you won’t have any use for it.
We made our plans flexible like this because we understand how business cycles go. Sometimes you can’t live without us, but sometimes… you can, at least for a little while.
You are going to LOVE what we create for you. If you don’t, we’ll make as many revisions as is necessary to get it just right for you.
We get it. Technology can be hard and intimidating! We do our best to keep things as simple as possible, but if there’s ever any confusion, you can always reach out in whatever format is most comfortable for you.
Short answer is, it depends. Don’t worry, though. We pay a lot of attention to what is coming in and what you’re trying to get done. We’ll make sure your project is requested in the best way possible.
So, the individual plans allow one user and one brand per subscription. This means that individuals with multiple businesses and who want to use our service for each will need to subscribe to a plan for each of those brand identities.
Meanwhile, the business plans allow for an unlimited number of brands. So if an individual owns multiple businesses, they can submit projects for all their businesses under a single plan.
Additionally, if a company has multiple brand identities, projects for all brand identities can be submitted under the same business subscription plan.
For example, Coca-cola has multiple brand identities. Other brands they own are Fanta and Dasani. Thus, if Coca-Cola were to subscribe, projects for each of those brand identities could be submitted under the same plan.
If you have the individual plan, we’ll work on one project until it is complete. Once it is complete, we’ll move onto your next project.
If you have the business plan, we’ll have two projects moving at a time.
In either plan, you can submit as many project requests as you want, but our pace will be one or two completed projects at a time depending on your plan.
This is important to understand because, while you can certainly submit 500 project requests at the same time, it would be unrealistic of us to promise that all 500 would be completed within 24 hours.
As soon as you approve the completed work of one project, we move immediately onto the next one. That means, depending on the size and complexity of the projects, you may receive several completed projects within a day, or it might take longer than a day to complete one.
