Focus on changing what you can control.  It will save your sanity. Mel LLeras, C.Ht.

This is a lesson that comes over and over again in our sessions, whether it is Catherine healing through psychic medium work, or me through energy bodies. Often, when one thinks or feels as if they lack control in one area of their life, they seek extra control in another. Even the most studied of spiritual practitioners can fall into this low level behavior. Catherine and I have a nightly ritual in which we self assess every aspect of our day from productivity at work to how time was spent outside of work. We look at things like whether tasks and goals were completed, why or why not, what could be done differently or should be repeated. But we also assess whether we lived the day up to our own integrity and character. How did we treat every person with whom we came into contact? Did we enrich their lives, deplete it, or leave them in exactly the same state? From the client in session to the cashier at the grocery store. Every interaction is important and has consequences for both parties – good or bad – whether we are aware of it or not.

Focus on changing what you can control.  It will save your sanity.
