An equal exchange of energy is a sign of pure gratitude. Catherine LLeras
What I am saying in simplest terms is that words are pointless without the action and energy behind them.
From my Guide, Robert, “Giving & receiving is an exchange of energy. If you really want to say, ‘thank you’, then do it by giving the same amount of energy back that someone else gave to you. It doesn’t have to be the same thing or action for it to be equal – the intent with your gratitude & actions determines if it is equal. So, for example, your loved furry family member gives you joy, yes? They don’t give you money or help you fix a door or do other such tasks. The loyalty & love of their energy that you FEEL is what gives you joy. And, in turn, you give them joy through all kinds of different things: buying & preparing them food, exercise, attention, valuing their life, touch and so much more. But, they FEEL it; the ‘it’ being your intentional energy. So, you see, when someone gives of their energy to you, gratitude is best shown with an equal amount of energy exchange on your part – regardless of the specifics of how you do that…don’t be stingy! Jajajajajajajaja!”
Yes, I agree with Robert, DON’T BE STINGY! Haha, he always makes me laugh
