Don't simply imagine a thought. Experience the thought. Mel LLeras, C.Ht.
Teachers often use the word “imagine” to help students learn to visualize steps towards meditation, achieving trance states, manipulating energy centers, etc. Catherine and I encourage students to try a different approach to achieve faster results. We believe that by “imagining”, you are sub-consciously acknowledging the existence of illusion in your visualization. In our experiences, even the smallest doubt can block success. However, by striving to “experience” the thought, you are engaging your extra senses and bringing forth the reality which you seek.
Don’t simply imagine a thought. Experience the thought.
